Anna Maria Chlumsky has been an American actress for over thirty years. Her acting career began in her childhood and was best recognized as Vada Schultenfuss for My Girl 2 and My Girl. She took a hiatus between 1999 and 2005, in order to go to college. Anna Chlumsky was born on December 3, 1980, in Chicago Illinois to Nancy and Frank Chlumsky Jr. Her mother worked previously as a Flight Attendant, and her father, a chef. Both of her parents are talented musicians. Her mother is an actress and singer, as well as her father who can play an instrument called saxophone. At the age of 10 months, a girl, she was a model for the Marshall Fields ads. She was raised by her mother after the separation of her parents after she was two years old. When she was 10 months old, Marshall Field used her as a child-model for their commercials. At the age of two she divorced her parents and she had to be taken care of by her mother alone.
