Maria Bartiromo was the first American journalist who broadcast live on the New York Stock Exchange. She is the host of several highly acclaimed programs under her belt. A veteran broadcaster with over 20 years experience of reporting on business and the economics, she was instrumental in aiding CNBC to become one of the leading channels in economics and business. Her highly successful journalistic career is a proof that this woman was meant to be in this particular field. Maria was in a state of confusion as a young girl about which career path to pursue. She was then tempted to be an interior decorator. After discovering the joys of journalism, she has never turned to another career. Jeanne Marie Tripplehorn was born in America and has worked professionally for 27 years. At the age of 27, she has worked as a professionally active thespian. Her stage debut was in the year 1990 when she appeared on Broadway with an Off-Broadway production of The Big Funk directed by John Patrick Shanley. Her next role was her first TV role, The Perfect Tribute. In 1992, when she played as a support role in the movie the film Basic Instinct Her career began to take off. The Firm is where she made her debut as a female actor alongside Tom Cruise & Gene Hackman. In the 90s she teamed up with many prominent industry actors, including Gwyneth Palow on Sliding Doors Hugh Grant Mickey Blue Eyes Julie Andrews Relative Values. Recenty, she played Dr Alex Blake (a police procedural-crime drama) in Criminal Minds.
